CLEAN ENERGY QUALIFICATIONS FOR NIGERIA

Industries have clear expectations on experts and job candidates. For renewable energy and energy efficiency, these expectations are laid out in Competency Standards. The courses presented here are developed to meet these standards, with focus on practical skills, by practitioners. They are offered by 12 training academies across Nigeria, empowered by the Nigerian Energy Support Programme (NESP) and Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency Project (REEEP).

There might be other training offers but as of November 2016, no other offers have been found that focus on actual industry needs, skills and making people employable.

EE Building Design

Energy Efficient Building Design

Audience: Architects and Engineers
Duration: 120 hours (15 days)
 
Enables building design professionals to apply concepts of bioclimatic architecture and energy efficiency in the design of buildings while considering the economics.
